Ayurvedic massage

A gentle, energetic massage with Ayurvedic herb oils specially designed for the three doshas (which means your constitution under which you have vata, pitta and kapha), which will allow your body to feel alive. The massage exists of long strokes and activation of pressure points (marma points). It activates the lymphatic system and blood circulation and contributes to the self healing ability of the body. During your first appointment we need a little bit more time to decide on the correct dosha type.

After the massage you will feel completely relaxed and it will have a deeper impact entirely focused on well being.
